Role overview

Compass Group Ireland is looking for a motivated Barista to join its Dublin team on a full-time basis. The role is set at 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday during daytime hours. What the job involves

• Prepare well-made beverages and serve food that meets high quality standards and leaves customers satisfied.
• Keep the coffee bar tidy and organized throughout the day.
• Handle customer payments, including cash and card transactions.
• Work closely with colleagues, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to the team.
• Ensure cups, plates, and other service items are stocked and ready for use.
• Build knowledge of brewing techniques, drink combinations, food handling, and presentation.
• Use brewing equipment correctly and raise maintenance issues when needed.
• Represent Compass Group Ireland in a professional way that supports a positive brand reputation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures in the workplace.

Working pattern

This is a full-time onsite position based in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. The schedule is Monday to Friday, daytime only, for 40 hours per week.
