About the Role
The Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) Process Executive is tasked with overseeing the complete processing cycle of home loan and LAP applications. This includes ensuring smooth coordination among various stakeholders such as customers, sales teams, banks, and internal units to facilitate prompt documentation, verification, loan sanctioning, and disbursement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processing of home loan and LAP applications.
- Liaise with customers to gather necessary documentation and resolve queries.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track application progress and address issues.
- Collaborate with banks to ensure timely verification and approval of loans.
- Work with internal departments to maintain compliance with company and lender guidelines.
- Ensure disbursement processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
