Overview
We are seeking a B2C Growth Product Manager to join a partner company based in Ireland. This role involves leading growth initiatives within a consumer-focused digital marketplace that connects users with relevant services using data-driven technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies encompassing user acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization. This position offers the chance to work autonomously at the crossroads of product, analytics, marketing, and engineering to boost customer experience and drive concrete business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the growth product strategy targeting improvements in customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Create, deploy, and assess A/B testing and product experimentation to validate assumptions and enhance key growth metrics.
- Analyze user funnels, behavior patterns, market trends, and performance data to identify and prioritize growth areas.
- Collaborate with data teams to set up measurement frameworks, success criteria, and utilize analytics to steer product choices.
- Manage user research activities such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and customer journey analysis to gain insight into user needs and motivations.
- Convert both qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable product enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout all stages of product development, from ideation and validation to implementation and launch.
- Assess product opportunities by evaluating technical feasibility, business value, profitability, market demand, and operational risks.
- Ensure alignment across product, marketing, business, development, and data teams through effective communication, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Advocate for a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within product teams.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Growth Product Management, or at least 5 years managing B2C products, or 7 years in Product Management overall.
- Demonstrable success in leading product initiatives that deliver measurable business growth through experimentation and data-led decisions.
- Proficient in designing, managing, and interpreting A/B tests and experiments independently.
- Skilled in user research methods including customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Capability to perform exploratory data analysis, data mining, and basic statistics to formulate relevant analytical questions.
- Strong familiarity with marketplace products, digital platforms, or consumer technology domains is highly advantageous.
- Technical understanding facilitating effective collaboration with software engineers and data experts.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.
- Fluency in written and spoken English at C1 level or above.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of impactful projects.
