About the Role
An Automotive Service Advisor specializing in two-wheelers serves as the crucial communication bridge between motorbike or scooter owners and service technicians. This role involves engaging directly with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and facilitating the smooth coordination of repair and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with customers bringing in motorcycles or scooters for service.
- Document detailed vehicle issues and complaints reported by customers.
- Prepare accurate job cards outlining the necessary work for mechanics.
- Provide customers with estimates regarding repair and service costs.
- Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate timely vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Ensure vehicles are returned to customers within expected timeframes while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Additional Information
- Monthly remuneration ranges between 15000 to 25000 INR.
- Location of the position is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
