Role Overview
Joining Strala's Claims team, you will report directly to the Vice President of Claims and collaborate to provide exceptional service to clients. This remote position in a dynamic, rapidly expanding company involves investigating auto property damage claims, establishing liability, assessing vehicle damage, and facilitating prompt, equitable claim resolutions.
Strala’s objective is to remove non-essential, repetitive workload from adjusters, allowing them to concentrate on applying their expertise to deliver outstanding claims experiences. The role offers team collaboration and continuous coaching during the company’s growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years handling auto property damage claims, including both first-party and third-party cases
- Must hold an active Adjuster License
- Proficient in estimate review, total loss assessment, and repair supervision
- Highly detail-focused, organized, and self-driven
- Team-oriented, inquisitive, and adaptable to change
