Role Overview
We are seeking an Audit Applications Specialist to join our innovative team, ideally based in Auckland or Christchurch, on a full-time fixed-term contract until June 2027. The successful candidate will focus on transforming our Audit Management System (AMS) and improving the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute priority improvements from the AMS backlog.
- Ensure smooth migrations of audit programs to the Intact platform with minimal disruption.
- Advance AMS-integrated programs beyond their minimum viable product stages.
- Promote a culture of ongoing enhancement while upholding high quality standards.
- Deliver first-line support and troubleshoot issues for auditing teams.
- Conduct testing and deployment of new system updates and features.
- Create and provide training resources for end-users and new employees.
- Contribute to developing a five-year digital roadmap for auditing services in New Zealand.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of three years' experience in service industry management or IT product delivery.
- Strong knowledge of job management systems, customer databases, and integration platforms.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Office 365, SharePoint, and application lifecycle management tools.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills with strategic perspective.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and principles of continuous improvement.
