Key Responsibilities

This includes ownership of first day calling procedures, promoting positive behaviours concerning attendance, safeguarding, and learning attitudes. Additionally, the candidate will provide advice and support promoting students' social care and personal growth in relation to their learning and health and safety.
About the Academy
As a popular 11–16 mainstream school in the West Midlands, our academy hosts specialized SEND provisions for pupils on the autistic spectrum and those who are deaf or hearing impaired, alongside a facility supporting social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our school actively collaborates with families, local schools, businesses, and community groups, prioritizing students in every decision.
