Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manager in Finance & Accounts to join Adani Airport Holdings Ltd in Navi Mumbai. This role requires managing financial operations and compliance within aviation and regulated environments, ensuring timely reporting, audits, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including AAI, NASFT, ASF & PSF, and coordinate with regulatory authorities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensure thorough audit reconciliation of Airport Development Fund (ADF) and Major Development Fund (MDF).
- Oversee compliance on passenger service fees, aviation security fees, tariff matters, and liaise with legal teams as necessary.
- Manage payment schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams to meet GCC deadlines.
- Handle internal and statutory audits, ensure vendor payments are managed properly, and facilitate the release of SES (Security Expense Scheme) payments.
- Control operational expenditures through monitoring, variance analysis, and ensure purchase requests and SES approvals are correctly mapped to general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with insurance and risk management policies and related activities.
- Create and maintain monitoring tools and reports, collaborating with heads of departments to implement necessary corrective actions.
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities including management information systems, board presentations, benchmarking studies, budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Possess between five and eight years of experience in finance roles, ideally within aviation, infrastructure, or other regulated markets.
- Preferred experience includes handling regulatory financials, conducting audits, and contributing to financial planning and analysis.
