Leading site supervision, the candidate will enforce strict adherence to approved designs and quality controls, taking prompt actions to address any discrepancies. Coordination and effective management of contractors and vendors are essential, alongside rigorous enforcement of safety and environmental policies.

Technical Skills and Expertise

• Advanced understanding of civil engineering for power or energy projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD and STAAD Pro.
• Competency in project management software.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, safety protocols, and environmental regulations relevant to civil construction.
• Experience with soil testing, concrete technology, foundation engineering, and structural design analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution is required, alongside 6 to 10 years' experience in civil engineering within the power, energy, or steel sectors.
