Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and energetic leader to head transformation projects within our Financial Services Consulting division. This position suits an experienced consultant or business professional with a robust background in Business and Technology Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Target Operating Models. Your role will be crucial in delivering impactful consulting engagements for top financial institutions, particularly in banking and insurance sectors. Specialized functional expertise in these industries is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex transformation initiatives for clients in banking and insurance, ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Develop and present consulting proposals tailored to client needs, leveraging KPMG's expertise and frameworks.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on operational concerns.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants to promote a culture of high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative, data-driven business solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success in managing transformation projects within the financial services domain, ideally in senior consulting roles.
• Proficient in driving business and technology transformations, process enhancements, operational excellence, and developing target operating models.
• In-depth understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment affecting financial services, and familiarity with evolving technologies that support transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong commercial instincts, experienced in business development and crafting proposals, supported by a solid professional network.
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in transformation globally and locally, with strategic thinking abilities and enthusiasm for continual learning and sector innovation.
