Responsibilities

• Create, film, edit, and distribute captivating social-first content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging digital spaces.
• Translate cultural movements, platform modifications, and audience insights into original creative campaigns that maximize engagement.
• Work collaboratively with creative, strategy, design, and account teams to produce integrated content aligning with client goals.
• Attend live events and activations to generate real-time content while juggling several fast-paced projects from initial idea to completion.
• Guide and mentor creative contributors by offering feedback on content and advancing the agency’s content creation capabilities through innovative and AI-driven processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses 5 to 7 years of experience in social-first content creation within creative, social media, or integrated communications agencies.
• Proficient in conceptualizing, scriptwriting, producing, filming, and editing high-impact short-form social media content.
• Well-versed in major social networks, audience behavior, cultural trends, and best practices for content performance.
• Exemplifies excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills with experience working in cross-disciplinary creative teams.
• Enthusiastic about emerging technologies, notably AI-powered creative tools, with a commitment to pushing the boundaries of creative work.

Additional Information

Position: Associate Director, Content Creation
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid work arrangement)
Salary Range: $115,000 to $140,000 annually
