About the Role
Join a reputed global services company as an Associate in the International Voice Process, offering you an engaging role in customer service handling diverse domains such as Telecom, Software, and Logistics. This position is based in Airoli Navi Mumbai and operates on rotational night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer communications regarding service inquiries, technical problems, billing, order processing, refunds, and deliveries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring timely closure.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address escalations and enhance overall customer support effectiveness.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM platforms.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by meeting quality, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) benchmarks.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies, processes, and service protocols to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication abilities in English with effective grammar and fluency.
- Willingness and capability to work night shifts on a rotational basis.
- Proficient in typing and basic computer operations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
- Preference given to immediate joiners.
- Minimum educational qualification of graduation or currently pursuing undergraduate studies.
- Prior experience or background in BPO or customer support fields is advantageous.
Compensation
The monthly in-hand salary ranges between 18000 and 38000 INR depending on years of experience. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
