Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors and agents.
• Coach and develop advisors so they can improve their output and productivity.
• Drive insurance sales through the advisor network.
• Work toward monthly and annual revenue or business targets.
• Assist advisors during client interactions and help close business.
• Track team performance and provide ongoing direction and support.
• Build business through field visits and referral opportunities.
• Maintain productive relationships with advisors as well as customers.
• Follow company processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Candidate profile

• The role is suitable for graduates from any discipline.
• Applicants should have 4 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Prior exposure to team management or advisor recruitment will be considered an added advantage.
• The person must be comfortable with field-based work.
• A strong target orientation and self-driven attitude are important for this role.

Compensation

The annual CTC is up to 10 LPA, with a stated salary range of 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 INR per year in the source details.
