Your Role as Associate Application Engineer

You will join a global team of skilled Application and Infrastructure engineers, gaining flexibility to cultivate your skills in troubleshooting and analysis. You’ll have opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and broaden your expertise in web application and environment management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Investigate error logs and inherited code to identify root causes of client-reported issues.
• Engage with clients and teammates using tools like Jira Service Desk and Microsoft Teams to communicate discoveries and suggest improvements.
• Directly work on client systems by applying enhancements and bug fixes per ticket.
• Continuously learn about diverse clients, industries, and codebases to offer both immediate solutions and long-term recommendations.
• Develop experience with technologies including Sitecore, Coveo, Solr, Contentful, Order Cloud, Azure Cloud, AWS, JSS, and various custom platforms.
• Participate in regular weekly on-call rotations with team members.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience working with .NET and C#.
• Minimum one year using code repository tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• At least one year experience with MVC architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with Sitecore or other Content Management Systems is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Exposure to maintaining and improving inherited codebases preferred.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and related front-end technologies is beneficial.
