Role Overview
We are recruiting an Associate Analyst for our Cloud Data Science team to conduct thorough cloud infrastructure analysis and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer cloud infrastructure costs and utilization to find optimization opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven insights to aid decision-making regarding cloud service offerings.
- Evaluate risks linked to cloud operations and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct trend analysis on cloud usage to forecast resource needs.
- Collaborate on building predictive and classification models to improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a relevant Master's degree preferred (e.g., Data Science, Cloud Computing, Business Analytics).
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with cloud data platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with data analysis.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn, ggplot2, or AWS Quicksight.
- Strong skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data wrangling, modeling, and risk assessment.
- Must be a United States citizen.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and ability to work well in teams.
