Key Responsibilities

• Assist Account Strategists with daily client support to ensure seamless account operations and effective communication across internal teams and clients, meeting all deliverables and deadlines.
• Manage and track creative projects, including asset organization, gathering feedback, securing approvals, and updating project statuses to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Help analyze campaign outcomes, distill performance data into actionable insights, and collaborate with account and creative teams to suggest enhancements for creative optimization.
• Coordinate creative testing and landing page optimization initiatives, ensuring thorough documentation of outcomes and effective execution of testing plans.
• Contribute to preparing polished client-facing reports and presentations, verifying accuracy and aligning content with client expectations.
• Participate in client and internal meetings by taking detailed notes, monitoring action items, and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned with priorities and next steps.

Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey updates and feedback to clients and team members.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with eagerness to problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of social media trends and platforms is advantageous.
• Comfortable using Google Suite and Slack for daily operations.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, subject to candidate experience and qualifications, and is aligned with the local labor market. Although New Engen has physical offices in Seattle, New York, and Northwest Arkansas, employees are empowered to work remotely from various states across the U.S., including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
