Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and manage daily invoices from service providers, ensuring timely processing.
- Operate within financial ERPs (particularly SAP) and billing legal systems (ebilling), handling administrative entries and overseeing payment workflows to ensure accurate budget allocation.
- Maintain end-to-end process compliance from invoice receipt and payment requests to completion of payment cycles.
- Monitor balances, ledger entries, and order reconciliations to minimize rework.
- Generate system reports to support budget validation and financial governance of the legal management area.
Qualifications
- Completed high school education; pursuing or holding technical or university degrees in administrative, financial, or accounting fields is preferred.
- Previous hands-on experience with administrative routines, invoice reception/entry, and managing high-volume payment flows involving diverse premises and systems.
- Proven experience using SAP's invoice entry modules.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
