Assistant Retail Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on customer interaction, supporting sales growth, and managing store operations effectively through stock management and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and provide assistance to customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Leverage opportunities to increase sales throughout the store
• Arrange merchandise displays attractively and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
• Support inventory counting and stocktaking activities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the retail environment

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of GCE O levels with preference given to individuals with at least 2 years of retail experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity within retail
• Customer-focused attitude combined with a pleasant demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach to work
• Willingness and availability to work during retail hours including weekends and public holidays
