Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager with substantial knowledge and experience in food service, possessing an eye for detail aligned with 5-star standards. The role involves overseeing quality dining experiences across multiple service areas within the Falls Restaurant and related venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure efficient, friendly service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, room service, private dining, and special events.
• Manage stock levels of breakfast, lunch, lounge, and dinner items, ensuring proper stock control.
• Communicate and train staff for all service areas, including private dining and events.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic environment adhering strictly to HACCP protocols, including temperature controls and perishables labeling.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager concerning team performance, scheduling, and event preparation.
• Support and coach team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to breaks and labor regulations.
• Coordinate shift operations to guarantee excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in a 5-star luxury restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven capability in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in staff training, development, and retention.
• Fluent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within luxury hospitality settings, preferably in Relais & Chateaux properties.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective team management skills.
• Willingness and availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
