About the Role
Wilson is collaborating with a prestigious education company to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist for their established team in Singapore. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and involves delivering comprehensive recruitment support for the company’s expanding business operations based in the West region of Singapore. This is initially a one-year contract position with potential conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviewing, salary benchmarking, and offer management across all roles.
- Handle volume hiring demands, ensuring timely and quality recruitment across various business functions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding hiring-related matters such as contract negotiations, employment terms, compensation approval, and onboarding progress.
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business needs to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Adopt cost-efficient sourcing methods, gather market intelligence, and stay updated with external recruitment trends.
- Ensure compliance of recruitment practices and processes with organizational policies and governance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with at least three years’ experience in talent acquisition, either exclusively in-house or a blend of agency and in-house recruitment.
- Experience managing volume hiring, open to any industry background.
- Strong business insight and strategic thinking with proven success in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, compensation structures, and financial basics to facilitate effective offer preparations and negotiations.
- Highly motivated, resilient, energetic, and open-minded individual able to operate independently and handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel to the West region office in Singapore; transportation is provided from select MRT stations.
