Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in running daily Stationstore operations. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be instrumental in managing staff, merchandising, bookkeeping, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day store activities
- Participate in hiring processes including recruitment, interviewing, and selecting staff
- Oversee and motivate the team to complete daily operational tasks efficiently
- Perform merchandising duties and bookkeeping management
- Maintain high customer service standards with prompt and friendly assistance
- Ensure consistent and reliable presence onsite
- Implement and uphold store’s food program standards

- High school diploma or college degree
Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk for up to 8 hours consecutively
- Lift or carry items weighing up to 30 pounds intermittently during a shift
- Occasionally lift or carry items up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Apply pushing or pulling force up to 20 pounds with arms
- Bend and twist at the waist for up to one hour per shift
- Use hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects, which may include climbing ladders to store or retrieve items and manage signs
