Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the Regional HR Business Partner for specific verticals, including Food, DineOut, and Drivers divisions, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and teams to gather insights and encourage responsive actions.
  • Participate actively in field engagements and market visits to build robust employee relations and obtain competitive business intelligence.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles annually and mid-year, including setting goals, conducting calibrations, and managing performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with city leadership on capability assessment, identifying skill gaps, and career development for high-potential employees.
  • Help design and implement tailored Individual Development Plans for key roles.
  • Lead engagement initiatives tailored to diverse employee groups such as Gen Z, seasoned professionals, and critical talent segments.
  • Facilitate skip-level meetings, gather feedback from new hires, and conduct interventions to enhance employee retention.
  • Drive efforts to improve employee Net Promoter Score (NPS), wellbeing, and organizational culture.
  • Manage or contribute to organizational HR projects like onboarding process revamps, managerial training, and high-potential talent programs.
  • Support campus assimilation activities, encourage diversity recruitment, and assist capability enhancement programs.
  • Act as a change agent, assisting business units through organizational restructuring or role changes.
  • Utilize HRMS and AI-driven tools to improve HR decision-making and reporting agility.
  • Analyze HR data to derive insights on attrition rates, workforce productivity, employee performance, and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate closely with workforce planning and talent acquisition teams to optimize organizational structure and recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key HR indicators in regular business reviews.
