Assistant Director (Training Analytics) - Army

Role Overview

As the Assistant Director for Training Analytics within the Army, you will be central to gathering and evaluating data associated with the Army's established Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Measures of Performance (MOPs). Your insights will empower Army Units and leadership to accurately determine combat effectiveness and strategically direct learning initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain frameworks for data governance.
• Classify and define datasets drawn from historical cases.
• Deliver expert-level data analysis services.
• Oversee data systems and workflows to enable seamless processing and sharing with training collaborators.
• Perform trend assessments to evaluate the impact of implemented training solutions.
• Monitor evolving operational and training contexts to identify new data collection and analysis needs.

Candidate Profile

• Academic background in Data Analytics, Operational Research, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of six years' relevant experience in data analytics, operational research, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities alongside strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
