Key Responsibilities

• Increase store performance by achieving and surpassing business targets and key metrics.
• Help set individual and team sales goals alongside the Business Manager, communicating these objectives to retail staff.
• Stand out as a brand expert by demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, genuine enthusiasm, and commitment.
• Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and memorable customer interactions.
• Coach and provide feedback to the team to maintain Charlotte Tilbury’s standards in service and makeup artistry.
• Extend remarkable service beyond the store experience by expanding the customer database for targeted marketing.
• Implement individual and team development plans, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster two-way feedback and coaching.
• Build a positive, collaborative team culture through meetings and leadership that recognizes and celebrates achievements.
• Drive business success by proposing initiatives, events, and other activities.
• Ensure flawless visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a pristine personal appearance and motivate the team to do the same.

• Proven experience in retail management.

• Strong commercial acumen.
