Job Overview

Burjline Builders is seeking a skilled Art Director to join our Creative Department in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent conceptual thinking, superior visual design abilities, and proficiency in crafting and implementing impactful advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute innovative creative strategies for advertising initiatives.
• Provide visual leadership throughout all phases from initial concept to final production.
• Work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and other creative team members to produce compelling solutions.
• Engage actively in brainstorming sessions and creative conceptualization.
• Present creative ideas and visual strategies confidently to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with client goals and brand standards.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and other creative personnel.
• Liaise with production teams and external vendors to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
• Handle multiple creative projects efficiently, adhering to timelines.
• Keep abreast of emerging design trends, new technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Design, or a similar discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience working within an advertising agency and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
• Proven track record in concept creation and campaign execution.
• Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior creative staff.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and maintaining client relationships proactively.
