Architectural Designer

Job Overview

We seek a skilled Architectural Designer to become a valued member of our team, contributing to diverse residential and commercial projects. This role involves close collaboration with the principal architect to create innovative design concepts, produce comprehensive drawings, and liaise with various consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design ideas starting from briefs through to detailed design stages.
• Create working drawings, including sections and elevations, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Collaborate and coordinate with structural engineers, MEP professionals, and interior designers.
• Prepare presentation assets such as 3D renderings and mood boards for client and stakeholder review.
• Perform site visits to oversee progress and compile detailed site observation reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
• Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibit strong design intuition and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess effective communication abilities and capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
