Role Overview
As a High Ticket Setter, you will be the crucial first point of contact for leads interested in our coaching programs. Your role involves engaging with inbound prospects who are ready or nearly ready to embark on a transformative coaching journey. Your main responsibilities include understanding their background, assessing their readiness, and scheduling appointments for our Closers to foster momentum for both the clients and the team. Collaboration thrives within a pod structure where teamwork, accountability, and personal development are central.
