About the Role
We are expanding our team with full-time and part-time positions for appointment setters who will work primarily over the phone. This commission-based opportunity offers uncapped earning potential and flexibility to work both in-office and from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals who have already shown interest in our KiwiSaver and insurance services;
- Schedule appointments via phone, video call, and face-to-face meetings for our adviser team;
- Utilize scripted communication and established systems to provide consistent engagement;
- Maintain accurate client records and notes within the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience, focusing on relationship-building rather than aggressive sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centre environments is beneficial;
- Strong conversational and rapport-building abilities;
- Dependable, coachable, and friendly personality;
- Comfortable engaging in phone conversations throughout the workday;
- Previous experience working in New Zealand is preferred but not required;
- A basic understanding or active participation in KiwiSaver is a plus, though not mandatory.
Who This Role Is Not Suitable For
- Individuals who prefer not to interact with customers;
- Those seeking a passive or sedentary office role;
- People who find communication or following up difficult;
- Candidates unwilling to learn and apply scripts and systems.
No Prior Finance Experience Required
The position does not require financial or insurance expertise. We value communication skills, attitude, reliability, and the ability to connect with people. Many successful employees come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or reception and administrative backgrounds. Industry knowledge will be taught.
