Application Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an Application Engineer to serve as the principal technical liaison between our customers and the company. The role involves guiding customers in choosing, implementing, and utilizing technical products while providing expert advice on product design, troubleshooting, and application testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and internal sales teams.
• Design and customize products for application-specific requirements.
• Create individualized technical quotations based on customer needs.
• Coordinate between engineering, purchasing, order processing, and assembly departments.
• Assist with after-sales support and collaborate with development engineers to solve technical challenges.
• Represent the company at trade shows and engage in technical discussions.
• Provide product training sessions for customers.
• Conduct application testing using internal test kits and generate clear technical documentation targeted to relevant audiences.
• Collect customer feedback to aid in ongoing product and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working with Air Operated Pumps or within the flow industry is required.
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline, or technician-level training.
• Up to two years in a similar role involving application engineering or technical support.
• Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
