Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
At Delta Air Lines, fostering connections guides our mission to provide exceptional care to all travelers and enhance their journey experience. This team develops automated pricing tools, reporting mechanisms, and workflows that enable swift and precise strategic pricing actions, simplifying intricate processes and enhancing visibility.
As an Analyst in this team, your duties will include supporting the creation, testing, deployment, and upkeep of pricing tools and workflows used by Revenue Management. You will analyze data to shed light on pricing activities, uncovering avenues to boost business results. Part of your role will also involve aiding in the adoption of AI-driven reporting and workflow enhancements.
You will assist pricing analysts across the four RM Pricing divisions by collecting data, generating reports, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns. Conducting validation and quality assurance checks to confirm the integrity and dependability of systems and analytical outputs is essential. Additionally, you will document business requirements, technical specifications, and operational procedures, while identifying areas where processes can be enhanced and communicating these suggestions to senior colleagues. Developing a solid grounding in airline pricing, revenue management, and related analytical methodologies is a critical component of the position.
