Job Description

As an Analyst - Conversion based in Coimbatore, India's office, you will be responsible for enriching and updating product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, and categorization across Dell platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain product data accuracy and completeness on multiple platforms.
• Analyze and interpret client requirements by maintaining effective communication and comprehension skills.
• Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office tools proficiently to manage datasets and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Any graduate degree is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Good client communication skills to understand and implement requirements effectively.
• Familiarity with eCommerce concepts including catalog management and product taxonomy principles.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: Flexible shifts covering APJ, EMEA, US, or any combination.
• Work Model: Hybrid involving Workplace Flexibility Management (WFM) and Work Input Optimization (WIO).
• Reporting to Karthik C.
• Start Date: Preferred induction date on July 7, 2026.
• Client and vertical approvals in place for this role.
