Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Workday Time Tracking or Absence management.
- Hands-on experience with complex configurations related to time and scheduling.
- Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, or Core HCM functionalities.
- Experience working in managed services environments or hypercare support roles.
- Proven ability to independently analyze issues and lead solution-oriented discussions.
