Job Overview
This role involves delivering continuous 24/7 air traffic control services, including Aerodrome Control, Approach Control, Flight Information, and Alerting Services. The primary goal is to maintain safe, orderly, and efficient airspace management within the designated sectors managed by Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans).
Mandatory Documentation
- Copy of valid ATC License including current ratings
- Copy of all applicable ratings
- ATCO Medical Certificate
- ICAO & English Language Proficiency (ELP) documentation
- License Verification Letter (LVL)
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of pertinent ICAO training courses
- Minimum ICAO English Level 4 proficiency
- Possession of a valid Air Traffic Control license
- Current valid medical certificate relevant to ATC duties
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex, high-density traffic environment with innovative procedures such as RECAT, RRSM, APO, A-SMGCS
- Understanding of all aircraft performance aspects affecting communication, navigation, and surveillance
- Proficiency with computer applications including standard office software and smart applications
- For external applicants, a minimum of 3 years of continuous operational experience at a major international air traffic unit and successful completion of an APC examination
