Role Overview
We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Frontier AI to join full-time on a remote basis. The incumbent will focus on advancing state-of-the-art AI models and infrastructure, pushing the boundaries of machine learning capabilities through research and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the research and creation of advanced AI models prioritizing scalability and efficiency.
- Architect and refine large-scale AI training and inference platforms.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to embed AI solutions into production environments.
- Assess and compare new AI approaches against leading benchmarks.
- Disseminate research findings and actively engage with the AI research community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related domains.
- Proven expertise with distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Skilled in Python programming and familiar with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledgeable in leveraging GPU/TPU acceleration and high-performance computing techniques.
- Capable of designing and implementing innovative algorithms for AI training and inference.
