AI-Native Solution Architect with Node.js Expertise

About the Role

We are searching for a Solution Architect specialized in AI technologies with thorough knowledge of the Node.js environment, microservices patterns, and no-code/low-code development platforms. The successful candidate will design robust, scalable, and configurable Software as a Service (SaaS) products.

This position is crucial to developing a versatile, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure that facilitates quick product iteration and guarantees top-level performance, security, and uptime across diverse data storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set architectural direction, enforce standards, and implement governance.
• Design and scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms utilizing microservices and event-driven frameworks.
• Create and unify APIs with a focus on SQL and NoSQL data arrangements as well as cloud-native and serverless technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines and reusable engineering methodologies.
• Construct AI-focused system designs incorporating large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and vector search databases.
• Implement AI patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), digital assistants, and automated workflows.
• Develop prompt orchestration systems and AI gateway services.
• Define AI governance policies, ensure security measures, and promote responsible AI use.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering tools for code generation, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Guide the integration of AI-driven tools and workflows across development teams.
• Stay abreast of and incorporate emerging AI-related technologies.
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments and mentor engineering personnel.

Experience and Skills Required

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in software development, including at least 3 years in solution architecture roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Node.js, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
• Experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Practical expertise with cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure combined with strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
• Familiar with no-code/low-code tools and workflow automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs, RAG structures, and deploying AI technologies in production environments.

Essential Requirements

• Regular and active use of AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot during daily development tasks.
• Demonstrated skills in prompt engineering for tasks like code generation, refactoring, and automated testing.
• Experience with agentic or multi-step AI-driven workflows.
• Clear understanding of AI-related challenges including limitations, risks, and hallucination mitigation.
• Preferably, practical experience integrating large language models into live applications.
