Job overview
Dolce Mall & Signature Residency is looking for an experienced Agile / Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery in the United States. This role involves coordinating teams across functions, keeping work on schedule and within budget, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The position also calls for championing Agile practices and driving ongoing improvements in how projects are executed.
What you will do
- Take ownership of projects from kickoff to final delivery.
- Run Agile meetings and routines such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Set the project’s goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Bring together cross-functional teams so milestones are met on time.
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and allocation of resources.
- Share progress updates, key findings, and recommendations with leadership and stakeholders.
- Help advance Agile adoption and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Make sure project work stays aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Keep documentation, reports, and governance records current and organized.
Required profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related area.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master work, or a similar function.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and broader project management methods.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage several projects at once.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and organizational discipline.
Preferred experience
- Background in technology, software development, digital transformation, or business process initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar credentials.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Experience with risk management and change management practices.
- Understanding of business analysis and process improvement approaches.
