Job Overview

This role involves coordinating and advising on Operational Excellence with a focus on efficient resource utilization, fleet optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. The incumbent will oversee the planning and coordination of periodic performance reviews—weekly through annual—to aid in enhancing operational performance.

Responsibilities

The position demands a highly motivated, resilient, and self-driven professional who remains informed of industry trends, technological progress, and market changes. Handling sensitive information with confidentiality is essential. Additionally, acting as a mediator to resolve conflicts between departments or stakeholders using strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills is a core responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in operational planning with a strong grasp of its challenges and solutions.
• Proven experience working across various sectors and environments within multinational teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with creative problem-solving, crisis management, and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain resilience under external and internal pressures.
• Skilled at handling competing priorities and complex issues.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marine Studies, or equivalent is required. Advanced qualifications such as an MBA, Master’s, or Ph.D. are considered advantageous.
