Position Overview
This opening is for a dependable and highly organized remote administrative assistant to support an operations team serving the MENA region, with coverage across the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative data handling
- Update spreadsheets and internal databases in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Check records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Bring names, contact details, formatting, and internal documents into a standard format.
- Spot duplicates, missing fields, and mismatched data.
- Highlight incomplete entries so they can be corrected.
- Keep digital documents arranged through clear naming rules and folder systems.
- Maintain a clear history of edits and corrections.
Workflow and task coordination
- Sort and review incoming administrative requests.
- Route or assign tasks according to the established process.
- Monitor task movement until completion.
- Follow up on delayed or unfinished items.
- Keep status records well documented.
- Reach out when more details or clarification are required.
Tracking and reporting
- Refresh trackers for pending, active, and completed work.
- Maintain daily activity logs and supporting records.
- Prepare short progress updates and simple reports.

Scheduling and administrative support
- Help with calendar changes and scheduling tasks as needed.
