Role Overview
Join our dedicated team at Evelyn Page Retirement Village in Orewa, Auckland as a full-time Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator. The role is onsite, with workdays arranged as Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM; exact scheduling will be finalized with the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and leading a wide range of recreational, social, and craft activities tailored to residents' interests.
- Fostering joy, wellbeing, and enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
- Collaborating and supporting fellow team members to create a cohesive environment.
- Driving a manual van to facilitate activities, requiring a full driver's license.

- Demonstrates strong empathy and understanding toward elderly residents.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents and staff.
- Maintains a dependable, approachable, and professional attitude.
