Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new customers for home loans through multiple channels including direct sales, referrals, builders, DSAs, and branches.
- Meet monthly targets for loan sourcing, login, sanctioning, and disbursal.
- Assist customers throughout the home loan application and documentation stages.
- Liaise effectively with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical departments to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Promote additional banking services such as Insurance, CASA accounts, and other relevant products.
- Adhere strictly to KYC norms and bank regulatory policies.
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed graduation in any discipline.
