Role Overview
Synergy Systems & Peripherals is seeking an Accounts Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to handle key financial and accounting activities for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Generate and prepare invoices for customers accurately and timely.
- Enter billing information and manage comprehensive billing records efficiently.
- Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally or similar accounting software.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers to ensure timely collections.
- Keep and update detailed records of customers and vendors systematically.
- Authenticate bills and verify accompanying supporting documents for accuracy.
- Ensure organized filing and documentation of all financial paperwork.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to manage billing and payment tasks effectively.
