Accountant - Part Time

Job Overview

Gheras Alkhairat SA is looking for a precise and dependable Accountant to join their financial team. This role is primarily aimed at Saudi nationals and focuses on reinforcing financial operations through accurate transaction recording, regulatory adherence, and effective fiscal management.

Key Duties

• Maintain and prepare detailed financial documentation, reports, and generalized ledger entries.
• Verify the correctness of financial dealings and ensure conformance with all relevant laws and policies.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and account balances.
• Contribute to the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasts.
• Track expenditures and propose methods to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external audits to facilitate smooth audit procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an allied discipline.
• Experience range from none to four years in the finance or accounting sector; fresh graduates encouraged to apply, especially those with relevant professional qualifications.
• Proficiency in English at a very good level is required.
• Preferable experience spanning multiple industries such as agricultural, industrial, and general business.
• Possession of certifications like SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or their equivalents is advantageous.

Additional Details

This is a part-time, on-site position exclusively open to Saudi nationals, emphasizing both accuracy and commitment in handling financial responsibilities.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إعداد وحفظ السجلات والتقارير المالية وقيود دفتر الأستاذ العام.
• ضمان دقة العمليات المالية والالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها.
• إجراء المطابقات البنكية ومطابقة الحسابات بشكل دوري.
• المساهمة في إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
• دعم إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية.
• متابعة المصروفات واقتراح فرص لخفض التكاليف.
• التعاون مع المراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين خلال عمليات التدقيق.

المتطلبات

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة من صفر إلى أربع سنوات في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• ترحيب بالمتخرجين الجدد، خاصة الحاصلين على شهادات مهنية ذات صلة.
• مستوى جيد جداً في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في عدة قطاعات (الزراعي، الصناعي، وقطاع الأعمال بشكل عام).
• الشهادات المهنية ميزة إضافية (مثل SOCPA، CPA، CMA أو ما يعادلها).
