Accountant Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant Officer for a company in the Flexible Packaging Film Manufacturing industry based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves managing comprehensive accounting functions using SAP and ERP software, ensuring all financial activities and statutory compliances are handled accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations using SAP/ERP platforms.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
• Compile financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations punctually.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and supervise cash flow management.
• Maintain accounting records related to inventory and production processes.
• Collaborate effectively with production, stores, purchase, and finance departments for accurate financial documentation.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, maintaining adherence to company policies.
• Generate MIS reports and perform detailed financial data analysis for management review.
• Ensure precise recording of all manufacturing-related transactions.

Requirements

• Between 6 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Proficient in Tally ERP and SAP accounting software.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, Email, and other related computer applications.
• Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Additional Information

Position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Salary offered ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
