Job Overview

The Accountant Associate will primarily focus on managing Fixed Assets and related reporting functions. This role supports the Global Services team by executing strategic plans aligned with broader business goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain asset records within the ERP system.
  • Perform asset roll-forward updates and ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Handle closure of Capital Authorization Requests (CARs) and asset disposals.
  • Manage capitalization and reclassification processes for fixed assets.
  • Run depreciation schedules through the ERP platform.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations related to fixed assets.
  • Prepare journal entries for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes concerning fixed assets.
  • Execute miscellaneous ad hoc reporting assignments as required.
  • Draft and update Statements of Work (SOW).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Three to five years of professional experience handling Fixed Assets and conducting Fixed Asset reconciliations.
  • Preferably experienced within BPO or Shared Service environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, especially LN; familiarity with SAGE and advanced Microsoft Excel skills is essential.
  • Experience using Workday is a plus.
