About the Company and Role

MA SIGN STUDIO, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, invites applications for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to oversee the financial and accounting activities of their signage production business. This role demands a high level of responsibility and attention to detail to effectively manage daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records accurately.
• Record all transactions related to purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Generate GST invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills as required.
• Manage GST return filings, TDS compliance, and other statutory obligations.
• Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and manage cash flow.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Follow up with clients on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
• Collaborate with Chartered Accountants for audit processes and tax matters.
• Maintain detailed records of stock and inventory.
• Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related expenses.
• Organize and file all financial documentation properly for easy access and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with Tally Prime accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax laws, and fundamental accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring high accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Educational qualifications such as B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree in accounting.
• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing or signage sector.
