Job Purpose
This role involves managing sales and service delivery within a designated territory, focusing on Data services (such as Internet bandwidth, MPLS, and Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line business products. The candidate acts as the primary liaison from Airtel to customers across these three business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth in Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) through existing accounts and by acquiring new customers.
- Meet targets for installation and deployment of Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services.
- Engage in new account acquisition (hunting) to drive business development across all product lines.
- Promote cross-selling of multiple product lines within current and prospective clientele.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline for all three lines of business with clearly defined stages of maturity.
- Gather market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and customer offerings to inform strategic sales interventions.
Role Expectations
- Establish and sustain enduring client relationships to foster business growth.
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts to optimize revenue generation.
- Expand business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling within existing client bases.
- Ensure prompt and effective implementation of solutions tailored to customer requirements.
