Account Manager - B2B Field Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager specialized in B2B field sales to drive our Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services within Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves acquiring new accounts, expanding business with existing customers, and meeting ambitious installation and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned installation targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services.
• Initiate new business acquisition by hunting prospective clients for all product lines.
• Promote cross-selling strategies to enhance multi-product adoption among current and new customers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline across all three service lines, ensuring consistent progress towards maturity benchmarks.
• Stay informed about competitors’ strategies and market intelligence to tactically position our offerings.
• Monitor competitor products and devise sales interventions tailored to various client segments.
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring client relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts aimed at maximizing revenue.
• Drive new business growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clientèle.
• Guarantee on-time and satisfactory delivery of solutions tailored to client requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Any graduate educational background.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Age limit up to 32 years.
• Preference for female candidates.
• Comfortable performing fieldwork regularly.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary range: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 47,000.
• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
