This internship offers an opportunity to engage in telecalling tasks focusing on debt management and customer repayment interactions for a fintech platform serving banks and NBFCs. The intern will manage daily call volumes, ensure efficient communication, and provide repayment information to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage daily outbound calls while upholding service quality.
Prioritize callbacks and leads to maximize conversion rates.
Inform customers proactively about their EMI payment schedules and due dates.
Follow up with customers with payment defaults and present available repayment schemes.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be available to work remotely and start between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026. A commitment to the 6-month duration is necessary along with relevant language and communication skills. Women seeking to initiate or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation Details

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to 16,000, composed of a fixed amount of INR 5,000-6,000 and incentives between INR 5,000-10,000.
