Internship Role Overview

We seek a motivated Talent Acquisition intern to join our HR team and gain practical exposure in recruitment workflows. This role includes screening candidates, coordinating interviews, crafting job advertisements, and supporting campus hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephone interviews with applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers effectively.
• Create and advertise job openings across multiple channels.
• Engage in campus recruitment drives and career fairs to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to conceive innovative hiring strategies.
• Assist with conducting reference checks and background verifications.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available full-time onsite for the entire internship period.
• Internship start date between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
• Commitment to complete the full 6-month duration is required.
• Relevant skills and a clear interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
