Subject Matter Expert (Mathematics) Internship - Remote, Part-Time

About the Internship

This opportunity involves providing expert assistance to students in mathematics through detailed and clear solutions. The intern will handle varied topics such as trigonometry, calculus, probability, logarithms, statistics, matrices, and determinants. Responsibilities include offering prompt and precise answers to student queries, identifying the underlying cause of doubts, and breaking complex concepts into simpler, comprehensible components. Maintaining a high standard of clarity, originality, and accuracy in solutions is essential.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be available to work remotely and able to commence between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026. The commitment spans a period of three months. Preference is given to individuals with relevant skills and interests in mathematics education, including women seeking to start or resume their careers.

Education and Additional Requirements

Candidates holding advanced degrees in mathematics, such as MSc, PhD, or ME/MTech, are preferred. Availability to work from home and adherence to guidelines for producing plagiarism-free content are mandatory.

Stipend and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 6,000. Flexible working hours are provided to accommodate the part-time nature of this position.
